Retail Sales Manager
Job Description:
Peak Broadcasting / Fresno is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Retail Sales Manager.
The Retail Sales Manager will recruit, hire, train and manage a minimum of four (with potential to grow the staff) Direct Sales Consultants in every aspect of direct retail sales (cold-calling, customer needs analysis, presentation, servicing and the close).
In addition to these responsibilities, the Retail Sales Manager will be expected to avail himself or herself to conduct sales training for all interested members of the Cluster (at least three times per year) and to provide two-day seminars at other Peak locations as requested by the Corporate office.
