Regional Sales Rep
Job Description:
Zymex Industries, Inc., located in Merced California, is seeking a sales representative to join our team.
Position Summary:
Responsibilities include:
- Develop creative sales and marketing concepts.
- Report pricing and promotional events of our competitors to the Retail Sales Supervisor/Manager.
- Develop a strong relationship with both current and prospective customers.
- Submit and maintain proper customer records, sale activities, and other required reports.
- Update the Retail Sales Supervisor/Manager daily on his/her progress.
- Travel to potential clients.
- Continually develop sales ability and product knowledge.
- Staffing trade exhibitions and company sponsored events.
- Creatively and proactively pursue new business leads.
Skills/Requirements:

- Strong work ethics.
- Superior organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Highly Creative
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
- Strong team player.
- Knowledge of database and presentation software.
- History of good work performances.
- Valid Driver’s License + DMV Printout.
- Own a vehicle + Proof of Insurance.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Knowledge of cold call sales skills.
- Not afraid to ask for the business/sale.
- Able to close a deal.

Qualifications:
A College degree in sales and marketing OR three years of sales experience in related fields.
