Full-Time House Keeper
Job Description:
Responsible for the general cleaning of all buildings belonging to the children’s shelter. (school, administration office, visitation house and shelter. All laundry connected to the shelter including children’s clothing, bedding and donations when needed.
1. General cleaning of all buildings Vacuum all carpets
2. Sweep mop and sanitize all bathrooms
3. Wash and dry all laundry for the shelter
4. Fill Dispensers, soap, toilet paper, paper towels
5. Empty and sanitize trash cans
6. Stock clothes in clothing barn & retainers
7. Sort donations as time allows
Qualifications:
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS AN EXTENSIVE BACKGROUND CHECK.
Must be able to organize and prioritize, be capable of handling multiple tasks and work with little direction. Have knowledge of house keeping and equipment, chemical storage handling. Can stand for 6-8 hours at a time, and can lift 25-50 lbs.
Salary: $8.00/hr.
