OFFICE/ CLINIC Receptionist
Growing medical practice needs P/T to F/T receptionist. Must have at least 3 years of college experience. Must be able to give direction to others while taking direction from medical practitioners. Critical thinking skills require. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. i.e. Must know how to write business letters, memos, and business correspondence. Must have excellent computer skills, knowledge of quick books and be able to work with other web based program. i.e. contact manager, email and newsletter program. Must be able to verbalize to patient concerning scheduling, patient retainment, insurance information, billing procedures (after training). Assist in marketing workshop and lectures. Must be able to follow Doctor’s clinical instructions and follow-up care. Must have excellent organizational skills with attention to details. A pro-active approach to business activities and a positive attitude. Other tasks include book-keeping, errands, general clean-up and to execute them in a timely manner. Healthy, energetic, non-smoker who can get up from chair readily and is able to lift up to 25 pounds if needed. GPA of 3.2 or higher. Opportunity for advancement.
