Case Manager
Job Description:
Case Manager needed. Outpatient Mental Health Clinic seeks outgoing, self motivated, organized person to provide case management and rehab services on site, in the homes and at schools. Clients are referred from Child Protective Services and have court orders to receive treatment. This employee would work with a therapist and focus on goals that have already been established by the therapist at the time of assessment. Employee is expected to see up to 6-8 clients per day and produce appropriate documentation. Employee may also run group activities. Must have a dependable car w/ insurance.
Qualifications:
BA in a Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminology, these are the only majors that will meet the requirements of our contract. Experience in the field or with children. Clean criminal record and clean driving record Self Starter!!!!! Bi-Lingual (optional)
Salary: 13.00-14.00
