CargoBay Management Trainee
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and outgoing person for a management training program that can lead to a full-time position at one of our CargoBay small business campuses.
CargoBay is an innovative multipurpose company that combines premium storage space, executive offices, and a shipping and fulfillment center all in one place! Our state of the art security, month to month leases, automatic bill pay, and climate-controlled storage make us truly unique. Our focus is to help entrepreneurs grow their business by providing them with the space and resources to get everything done in one place.
Once accepted into the program, you will go through a 6-week training course working 8-12 hours/week. At the completion of the course, you may be asked (depending on your performance) to move on to more extensive training to eventually become a manager at one of our new facilities.
As a CargoBay Management Trainee, you will learn how to successfully run and manage a CargoBay facility through in-depth on-the-job training. Our excellent management team will guide you through your training and give you valuable business skills to help you succeed. You will be trained at our current location in Clovis, CA. We are looking for energetic individuals who are goal-oriented and willing to learn.

Salary: $10/hour but excellent competitive pay opportunities for full-time position
