Business Internship
For business interns in marketing, sales, or communication with a special interest in health-care, medical facilities, or private medical practice.
Job Description: Intern will work in advertising and sales marketing, sales database maintenance, press release editing, trade show & workshop support, web site & market research, print/package services, book-keeping & accounting duties, write business correspondence/letters, sales calls & business planning/proposals to increase visibility in the community.
Requirements/Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years full-time college experience. Intern must have excellent communication skills, organizational skills with attention to details as well as an ability to work independently and efficiently with little supervision. This internship is a semester long commitment. No more than 15 hours per week. No monetary compensation. Candidate must have GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Benefits: This is an opportunity normally not offered to undergrads. Intern will work closely with clinical director and other medical practitioners to promote existing marketing plan.
