Student Senator of Activities
Job Description:
Ever wanted to be a part of student government on the collegiate level? Join Associated Students, Inc! The Activities Senator serves as the chair of the Associated Students Activities Committee and is the primary representative on campus activities matters such as Vintage Days and athletic events. In addition, this individual will meet with USU Productions and the Director of Student Involvement. This position offers you unprecedented opportunities to be involved in a student government body whose budget exceeds $500,000 and to meet individuals who can groom you into a better job applicant down the road. The position is unpaid.
Qualifications:
Must be able to attend bi-monthly (every other week) Senate meetings on Wednesday nights at 4pm.
Must be a full time undergraduate or graduate student with no more than 150 units.
Must have at least a 2.0 GPA.
Must have availability to serve 8 office hours per month within the ASI office.
