The inside sales reps at DPS Telecom work with clients to identify their needs and technical requirements, and then recommend and quote appropriate DPS Telecom products and solutions, in a business to business environment.

The ideal candidate for this position is a well organized, high energy, team player who enjoys customer interaction and building business relationships in a sales environment.
Candidate must possess:
- Strong technical problem solving capabilities,
- Professional communication and phone skills,
- MS Office Skills and a typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Attention to detail with the ability to consistently recognize changing priorities throughout the day and respond accordingly and in a timely manner.
During your first year you can expect to have:
- Trained and learned the DPS Sales Process and tools.
- Worked with existing client database to close a target sales amount
- Used CRM system to develop new ops with existing clients
- Assisted the Engineering department in the development of new products based on client requests.
Salary: Base Hourly Pay
