Resident Relations Associate/Customer Service
Job Description:
We are currently in search of a fabulous and dedicated Customer Service Representative/Resident Relations Associate to provide great service to our friendly residents and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in front office duties and possess basic computer knowledge. The position is part-time (evenings and weekends). Candidates must have enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service to all of our valued residents.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in answering Multi-Line Phones,
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher)
Professional Demeanor
Being able to prioritize and multi-tasks
Customer Service and/or Administrative background
Salary: $9.50 or DOE
