Facilitator I
Job Description:
FamiliesFirst, Inc is hiring a Facilitator I for our Fresno Wraparound Program
The primary purpose of the Facilitator is to provide case management, coordination and behavior management for children and families in treatment. Care will be planned for clients and families based on complete evaluations, and documentation will be maintained to reflect actions taken. Case coordination is necessary for specific clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide psychotherapeutic support and assistance in behavior management, including crisis intervention. Promote family-centered practice strategies and support family decision-making. Encourage family inclusion in community based resources. Conduct individual, group, family, and milieu therapy. Provide treatment planning. Write reports and other required documents. Ensure compliance w/all licensing and other regulations. Perform on call and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: MFT Intern or ACSW, BBS Intern registration required. Ability to speak clearly and present information both verbally and in writing; ability to read and interpret documents e.g. safety rules and instructions
Salary: $36,623-$40,000
