DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
• Develops Enthusiastically Satisfied Customers All the Time
o Welcomes and connects with every customer.
o Demonstrates “Just Say Yes” behavior by taking care of customer needs.
• Maintains Quality Store Operations
o Coaches new hires through their learning.
o Follows and directs others to follow store policies and procedures for operational flow at each station.
• Financial Contribution
Qualifications:
-Ability to effectively communicate with customers and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
-General mathematical practicality
-One year of supervisory experience
-Prior Starbucks experience a plus
