DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
• Develops Enthusiastically Satisfied Customers All the Time
o Delivers Legendary Service to all customers by acting with a “customer comes first: attitude and connecting with the customer. Responds to customer needs and says thank you to every customer.
o Assist cu.0stomers in the selection and purchase of specialty coffee beverages and whole bean sales (as applicable).
o Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.
o Demonstrates “Just Say Yes” behavior by taking care of customer needs.
• Maintains Quality Licensed Store Operations
o Provides quality beverages, such as espresso drinks and Coffee of the Week, Whole Bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
o Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all
Qualifications:
-Ability to effectively communicate with customers and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
-General mathematical practicality
-Prior Starbucks experience a plus
