Assistant Manager - Starbucks
Job Description:
Provides the “Service Experience” consistently for all customers
-Ensure all customers receive the highest quality product and customer service possible.
-Ensures store appearance and equipment are maintained in a consistent manner.
-Maintains consistent speed of service to the customer by ensuring all store-staffing requirements are met.
Financial Contribution
-Seeks opportunities to increase sales, manage appropriate inventory and costs of goods control and control labor costs.
-Maintains financial reports
-Maintains final accountability for store operations and associate development.
-Ensures the proper types and amounts of materials, supplies and merchandise are ordered and stocked. Effectively communicates new products information to associates.
Develops Associates
-Determines daily and weekly staffing requirements, schedules and apportions work hours, vacation and off days.
Maintain Quality Store Operations
-Ensures all company policies, store operating standards, and procedures are communicated effectively and maintained and followed in a consistent manner.

Qualifications:

-Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports.
-Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
-Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
