P/T Customer Service Representative

at Payroll People, Inc. (Fresno, CA) Part Time Monday, October 13th, 2008

Job Description:

CSR will assist clients over the phone by troubleshooting client issues, walking them through unfamiliar procedures, and receiving payroll. Essential duties include keying payroll information from faxes and also clients’ phone calls, contacting clients to resolve issues, preparing and interpreting client reports and making changes upon the request of the client. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Hours will be Tuesday and Wednesday 9 to 6 with hours on Monday, Thursday and Friday scheduled as needed (this schedule is subject to change).

Qualifications:

Skills include ability to multitask, ability to type 40 or more wpm, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, high organizational abilities and experience in data entry. Payroll experience and 3+ years customer service preferred.
