Project Manager, Health Systems Integration
Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for undertaking one or more defined projects within the HSI Division, such as the data analysis and planning for a new Healthy Road Network; patient flow and systems analysis with recommendations for a new Healthy Road Network or in order to expand a current Network; Initiation or ongoing management of one or more components of a Network Specialty Access Project; and similar projects as assigned by a Director of HSI, the VP of HSI or the CEO. The Project Manager is a highly qualified and capable go-to resource who is available to be “pulled” for unassigned projects or to assist in other areas of HSI as needed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
1.Data mining, data analysis, data mapping/charting and both development and presentation of powerpoints with data mapping, charts and explanation/recommendations.
2.Patient flow analysis, reporting and development of recommendations.
3.Implementation of various components of the HSI Health Road Network Model.
4.Attend meetings with key stakeholders, clients, etc on behalf of COPE Health Solutions.
5.Carry out other duties, tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required. Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively while handling multiple projects on various timelines in an extremely fast-paced environment. Must be able to work independently with a minimum level of supervision. Strong project management, communication, prioritization and feedback skills are critical to success. Travel required. A strong acumen for the healthcare industry, analytical thinking skills and a strong and dedicated work ethic are required. The candidate must have an understanding of the health care industry, be an analytical thinker, and possess a strong work ethic, with the ability to model these attributes for others.
Preferred: Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related preferred
